Zero-Fee transfer from Saudi Arabia to National Bank of Pakistan
National Bank of Pakistan on their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/NBPTheNationsBank) announced on 13th August 2022 a Gift for the nation on the 75th Independence Day of Pakistan. Pakistan’s premier bank unleashed its zero-fee transfer of payment from Saudi Arabia to Pakistan via the Enjaz App.
Enjaz is a new digital app launched by Saudi-based bank Albilad with a whopping capital of SR200 million ($53Million) to centralize mainly remittances through this app. Enjaz is licensed by Saudi Central bank as Enjaz Payment Services Co. Albilad says its newly launched payment service arm Enjaz is in line with the bank’s strategy, and any major development in this regard will be communicated in due course.
Whereas, the National Bank of Pakistan is a government-owned and largest bank in Pakistan dubbed as the Nation’s bank. National Bank of Pakistan is growing its reach to facilitate its customers through Alternate Delivery Channels (ADCs), and the Transfer of Payments through Enjaz is also a step towards the same goal. Further, the National Bank of Pakistan has an extensive network of ATM Machines installed all over the country with almost 1350 ATMs. Moreover, National Bank also launched its app in 2017 but continued working on its updates has boosted its customer base. Currently, the National bank’s Digital App has over a million Downloads on Google Play Store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.paysys.nbpdigital). National Bank of Pakistan has won the trust of its people and relies on a zero-tolerance policy toward Customer Services.
